This homelike cabin is located on Clearwater Lake and is just 10 mins from Annandale, MN. The cabin offers an open floorplan, large granite kitchen island, wood floors throughout and gorgeous wood-built ins. The living room provides a gas fireplace for cozy evenings and large windows overlooking the lake, allowing for an abundance of natural sunlight to flow through this cabin. Attached off the living room is a small sitting deck for you to enjoy your morning coffee outside. This deck will lead you down to a large patio that offers multiple seating options. Enjoy the100 ft. of shoreline on this lakeside with great fishing! On the bayside of this property is another dock with another 100 ft. of shoreline known for Crappie and Bluegill fishing. Bayside also has a large firepit with seating to enjoy. Tucked behind the living room is a large bedroom with windows overlooking the lake and just across the hall is a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, double sinks and toilet. The basement area has a cozy fully finished living room with a built-in bar for entertaining. This space also offers 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
